No. Membership credits remain on your account and can accumulate over time. This flexibility allows you to save credits for future treatments, products, or larger services when needed.
No. Memberships and membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended for use only by the enrolled member.
Booking & policies
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge.
If you're running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
