1. What’s included in the rental?
Private 12x12 treatment room with a sink, built-in storage, access to the shared waiting area, Wi-Fi, and common area cleaning.

2. Can I retail my own products?
Yes. Product sales are allowed as long as they are licensed-safe and professionally appropriate.
3. What’s the rent and contract situation?
Flat monthly rate with a 12-month lease. Pricing is discussed if the application moves forward.
4. Can I paint or redo the walls in my suite?
No. The current paint and wall finishes must remain as-is.
5. Is there a security deposit?
Yes. One month’s rent is required as a refundable security deposit.
Important Note About Windows
Suites with windows are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Two suites do not have windows. Preferences can be noted in your application.
